Research Report RR:D02-1692
Research Report RR-D02-1692 presents the reuslts of the interlaboratory study used to establish the precision and bias statements for ASTM D7622 and D7623, standards for determination of Mercury in Crude Oils. The two standards can be used for Nippon and Lumex instrumentation, respectively, for this analysis. The collaborative study included about 10 samples and about 10 laboratories each. Bias could not be determined because of the non-availability of NIST SRMs at this level of mercury. The research report presents summaries of methods, statiscal calculations and other pertinent data from the interlaboratory study.
