ASTM D 7500 Determination of Boiling Range Distribution of Distillates and Lubricating Base Oils—in Boiling Range from 100°C to 735°C by Gas Chromatography.This Research Report contains the participants Data for the Determination of the Precision of D7500.The method was developed in order to unify two separate methods : D6352 and IP480.The method extends the boiling point distribution of D6352 to 735°C.The research report presents the samples description as well as typical chromatograms. Ten laboratories and 10 samples were used in the ILS. An additional feature of the use of a gravimetric blend for system performance is described.
