Two interlaboratory studies were conducted to establish a precision statement for C-359.Test method C-359 prior to this study lacked a precision and bias statement. Inter-laboratory testing programs conducted in 2004 and 2005 provided data sufficient to construct such a statement using indexes derived from the measured data. This report details the Inter-laboratory results, the derivation of the indexes and the precision statements for those indexes.
