Committee Scope

Standardization of specifications, test methods, practices, and terminology for sports equipment utilized for the purpose of snow skiing to help reduce the potential risk of injury. The promotion of knowledge as it relates to standards for sports equipment utilized for the purpose of snow skiing, and coordination of this work with other ASTM technical committees and other organizations in this area.
