ASTM Committee E15 on Industrial and Specialty Chemicals was formed in 1959. E15 meets twice a year, usually in April and October, with approximately 10 members attending 2 days of technical meetings. The Committee has 35 members and has jurisdiction of 60 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.05. E15 has 2 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards.
