Committee B10 on Reactive and Refractory Metals and Alloys

ASTM Committee B10 on Reactive and Refractory Metals and Alloys was formed in 1965. B10 meets twice a year, usually in May and November, with approximately 25 members attending over two days of technical meetings. The Committee, with a current membership of 109, has jurisdiction of 51 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 02.04. Committee B10 has 4 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards. These standards have and continue to play a preeminent role in all aspects important to the industry including: compositions, properties, dimensions, classification, nomenclature, analysis, and quality assurance.
