The Symposium on Fracture Mechanics of Composites was held at the National Bureau of Standards, Gaithersburg, Md., on 25 Sept. 1975. ASTM Committee D30 on High Modulus Fibers and Their Composites sponsored the symposium. G. P. Sendeckyj, Air Force Flight Dynamics Laboratory, presided as the symposium chairman.
