Peer-reviewed papers discus the use of elastomers such as styrene block copolymers, latex rubber, and various plastomers that include EVA and polyethylene. In 2 sections: laboratory studies of polymer modified asphalt binders for it mix asphalt; and emulsions and full scale field experiments which explore construction aspects of polymer modified asphalt pavements.
